'Homeless in the City' w/ Ed & Jacob (17)

Saturday, May 21, 2016. In 2016, I'll be taking a random homeless person to lunch each week. In this week's 'Homeless in the City,' I was led to men named Ed and Jacob. Ed and Jacob are homeless buddies and were together when I found them. They met each other about six months ago. Ed (in the red) has been homeless for a year and Jacob has been homeless for six years. Ed has two daughters and Jacob has six children. They both say that they are doing all that they can to get on their feet. But say life keeps getting in the way. We dined at Lik Miki's Soul Food Eatery in Newport News, Virginia.
